Hoses of the hydraulic system of the power steering of cars produced since 1996: 1 – tank; 2 – bolt (8 Nm); 3 – low pressure hose; 4 – return hose; 5, 6 – O-rings; 7 – connecting nut (12–14 Nm); 8 – bolt (25 Nm); 9 – high pressure hose; 10 – bypass bolt (12–14 Nm); 11 – gasket; 12 – pressure sensor switch connector
2. Remove low pressure hose 3 (Fig. 13.23).
3. Remove tank 1.
4. Remove the return hose 4.
5. Remove the O-ring 5.
6. Remove connector 12 of the pressure sensor switch.
7. Unscrew the bypass bolt 10.
8. Remove gasket 11.
9. Disconnect the high pressure hose 9.
10. Remove the O-ring 6.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
