Attention! When removing wires, hold on to the end of the wire, not the wire itself.
2. Turn out spark plugs.
3. Check for burnt electrodes or damage to the spark plug insulator.
4. Remove carbon deposits with a steel brush or spark plug cleaner. After cleaning, clean the candles of sand by blowing them with compressed air.

5. Using a spark plug feeler gauge, check the gap between the spark plug electrodes (pic. 9.31).
Nominal clearance: 1.0–1.1 mm.
6. If the gap does not correspond to the nominal value, adjust it by bending the side electrode.
7. Clean the spark plug holes.
Attention! Be careful not to let foreign objects get inside the cylinder.
8. Install and screw in the spark plugs.
