Ignition distributor for cars with 4G9 DOHC engines
Removing
To remove, perform the following steps in sequence.

1. Turn away screws and remove the gauge of malfunction of system of ignition 7 (pic. 9.36).
2. Loosen the screws and remove the center cover 5.
3. Disconnect high voltage wires 2.
Attention! When removing high-voltage wires, hold onto the end of the wire, not the wire itself.
4. Turn away screws and remove coils of ignition in gathering 3.
5. Remove spark plugs 1.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
The distributor of ignition of cars with engines 4G93–GDI DOHC
Removing
To remove, perform the following steps in sequence.
1. Remove the engine guard.

2. Disconnect the connectors of the ignition coils 6 (pic. 9.37).
3. Turn away screws and remove coils of ignition 5.
4. Disconnect the wire «masses» 2.
5. Remove spark plugs 1.
6. Disconnect the ignition failure sensor bus connector 7.
7. Turn away screws and remove the gauge of failure of ignition 8.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
