2. Pull the lock in the direction of the arrow shown in Figure 15.74 and disconnect the connector from the control unit.

3. To measure the output voltage of the wheel speed sensor, use a special tool connected to the pins of the disconnected connector (pic. 15.75).

4. Rotate the wheel at a frequency of 1/2-1 revolution per second with a voltmeter or oscilloscope, measure the output voltage of the wheel speed sensor.

5. Output voltage:
- when measuring with a voltmeter: not less than 50 mV
- when measuring with an oscilloscope: not less than 120 mV
If the output voltage is lower than required, the wheel speed sensor may be defective and should be replaced.
