General information
Full flow mixed pressure and splash lubrication system. Engine lubrication is carried out under pressure created by the pump and driven by the crankshaft. The oil is sucked in by the oil pump through the strainer and the oil intake pipe, then passes under pressure through the full-flow oil filter and enters the rubbing surfaces of the engine. Holes are drilled in the crankshaft through which oil is supplied from the main (bearings to the connecting rod journals of the crankshaft).
Warning. Prolonged contact of the skin with mineral oil leads to the washing off of natural fats from human skin and the appearance of dryness, irritation and dermatitis. In addition, used motor oil contains potentially harmful substances that can cause skin cancer. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to protect the skin, as well as to use appropriate detergents.
Recommended Precautions
- The most effective precaution is to use working methods that virtually eliminate skin contact with mineral oil. For example, the use of closed waste oil collection systems, washing machines to clean parts from oil and grease before starting work.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact with oils, especially used engine oils.
- Wear protective clothing and impervious gloves.
- Avoid oil contamination of clothing and especially underwear.
- Where there is a possibility of oil getting into the eyes, goggles should be worn.
- For open cuts and wounds, seek emergency medical attention.
- Wash your hands regularly with soap and water. After washing, it is recommended to smear hands with a cream with lanolin to restore the fatty cover of the skin.
- Do not use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, gas oil, solvents or thinners to clean hands.
