2. Unscrew the transmission oil temperature sensor (Fig. 12.6).

3. Place the transmission oil temperature sensor in a container with transmission oil (Fig. 12.7). Insert the oil thermometer, heat the container with oil and measure the resistance between the contacts of the transmission oil temperature sensor.

Resistance:
- at 20°C: 2.31 - 2.59 kOhm
- at 110°C: 0.145-0.149 kOhm

4. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the transmission oil temperature sensor.
5. Screw in the transmission oil temperature sensor and tighten it to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 20-25 Nm
6. Screw in the transmission oil drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque.
