Releasing pressure from the fuel system (fuel injection models) (Mitsubishi Colt 2)

1. Remove the fuel tank filler cap.



2. Start the engine and disconnect the fuel pump connection connector (2.2).

3. Wait until the engine uses up the remaining fuel and stalls. To remove the remaining fuel, crank the engine with the starter for about 5 seconds.
