2. Disconnect any wires or hoses that interfere with filter removal.
8.3a Location of air cleaner mounting bolts (arrows) on carbureted models. Remember to remove the wing nut and mark and disconnect all necessary hoses and wires
3. Unscrew the mounting bolts and nuts and remove the filter (8.3a and 8.3b).
8.3b Using a ratchet wrench, loosen the air cleaner mounting bolts (fuel injected models)
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
