Removal
1. Unscrew the fuel filler cap and release the pressure from the fuel system. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the remaining fuel in the tank through the drain hole or fuel pipe.
2. Raise the vehicle and place it on supports.
6.3 Disconnect the pipes from the fuel tank
3. Disconnect the fuel pipes, vent pipe and filler neck (6.3).
4. Install a support under the fuel tank. Disconnect the fuel tank mounting strips. Lower the fuel tank and disconnect the connection connector and ground wire from the fuel pump.
5. Remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.
