Ball joint protective cover, stabilizer struts — replacement (Mitsubishi Colt 4)

Remove the anti-roll bar.

After removing the "wire" (1), remove the protective cover.



Place general purpose grease inside the protective boot (A).



Wrap tape (1) around the threaded portion of the pin as shown in the figure, and then install the boot.



Secure the boot with wire.

CAUTION: When wrapping the wire, position the ends at a 90° angle to the stabilizer bar axis.
