Lift the brush lever to remove the brush.
From the closed side of the rubber band, squeeze the steel tires with pliers. Remove the rubber band (1) first from the upper bracket of the brush, and then together with the tires from the remaining brackets.
Place the new rubber band without the tires into one of the brush brackets.
Insert both tires into the rubber band so that the protrusions on the tires are facing the rubber band. Install them.
Use pliers to squeeze both steel bars and the rubber band together and insert them into the other staples so that the tips of the staples on both sides fit into the recess (1) of the rubber band.
Place the blade on the wiper arm and secure it.
Lower the lever onto the glass. The rubber should be in contact with the glass along its entire length.
