Second throttle valve — check (Mitsubishi Colt 4)

Remove the air filter.

Disconnect the throttle actuator diaphragm assembly vacuum hose (A) from the carburetor body and connect a vacuum pump to it.

Create a vacuum of 100 mmHg and fully open the first throttle valve until the second throttle valve is fully open (for some models - 25-33% of full stroke).

If vacuum does not hold, replace the No.2 throttle body diaphragm assembly. If vacuum holds but No.2 throttle body does not operate, check the throttle linkage.
