CAUTION: This operation requires an accurate digital voltmeter and a special connector.
Loosen the throttle cable.
Turn the idle speed adjustment screw all the way out while counting the number of revolutions and make sure that the throttle valve is completely closed. If it is not, the idle speed adjustment screw C) is touching the free lever, so turn it all the way out while counting the number of revolutions (see drawing МЦК06.011). Check again that the throttle valve is completely closed.
The high idle speed regulator should now be released, the lever (A) should not touch the high idle speed cam (B).
Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.
Connect the special connector between both parts of the position sensor connector A.

Turn on the ignition without starting the engine.
Measure the output voltage (on the blue clamp), which should be 0.25 V.
If the voltage is different from the specified value, loosen the throttle position sensor mounting screws and adjust it by turning the sensor (A). Turning it clockwise increases the output voltage.

Turn off the ignition.
Tighten the screws (A) (drawing МЦК06.006) and (C) (drawing МЦК06.011) by the number of revolutions calculated earlier. •Disconnect the special connector and voltmeter and connect the throttle position sensor connector.
Adjust the throttle cable tension, start the engine and check the idle speed as described earlier.
