CAUTION: This operation requires an accurate digital voltmeter and a special connector.
Loosen the throttle cable.
Turn the idle speed screw fully out, counting the number of revolutions, and check that the throttle valve is fully closed. If this is not the case, then the idle speed adjustment screw C) touches the free lever, so unscrew it completely, counting the number of turns (see fig. MCC06.011). Check again that the throttle valve is fully closed.
The high idle speed control now needs to be released, the lever (A) must not touch the overspeed cam (IN).
Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.
Connect the special connector between both parts of connector A of the encoder.
Turn on the ignition without starting the engine.
Measure the output voltage (on a blue clip), which should be 0.25 V.
If the voltage differs from the specified, loosen the screws securing the throttle position sensor and adjust it by turning the sensor (A). Clockwise rotation increases the output voltage.
Switch off the ignition.
Tighten the screws (A) (rice. МЦК06.006) And (WITH) (rice. MCC06.011) by the number of turns calculated earlier. • Disconnect the special connector and voltmeter and connect the throttle position sensor connector.
Adjust the throttle cable tension, start the engine and check the idle speed as described earlier.
