Cylinder head — check (Mitsubishi Colt 5)

1. Check the cylinder head deformation with a ruler (Figure 2.21). Cylinder head height: 106.9-107.1 mm. Normal value: 0.05 mm, limit value: 0.2 mm.



2. If the deformation exceeds the permissible value, grind off the metal layer. The maximum permissible grinding layer is 0.2 mm.
