Cylinder head — check (Mitsubishi Colt 5)

1. Check the cylinder head deformation using a ruler and a measuring plate (Figure 4.15). The normal value is 0.03 mm. The limit value is 0.02 mm. The permissible grinding layer is 0.2 mm.

Height of the new cylinder head: SOHC - 119.9-120.1 mm, DOHC - 131.9-132.1 mm, DOHC MIVEC - 119.8-120.1 mm, DOHC GDI - 131.9-132.1 mm.
