Valve seat — check (Mitsubishi Colt 5)

1. Install the valve, press it against the seat and measure the distance from the end of the stem to the working surface of the valve spring seat (Figure 4.18). If the measured value is greater than the permissible value, replace the valve seat (Table 4.8).
