The intermediate body of all-wheel drive vehicles with differential lock is shown in Figure 11.53.

Disassembly
1. Removing the pin is shown in Figure 11.54. Push the sleeve toward the actuator and remove the pin.

2. Install the bushing on the actuator rod.
3. Connect the engagement rod to the actuator rod and align the pin holes.
4. Install the pin with the head facing up (Figure 11.55).

5. Install the sleeve in the required position (Figure 11.56). Make sure that the slot in the sleeve is to the right of the pin.
