Removal and installation



1. Raise the rear of the vehicle and remove the wheel.

2. Remove the caliper with the bracket and pads, secure the caliper.

3. Remove the caliper bracket.

4. Mark the position of the disc, unscrew the bolts and nuts and remove the disc.

5. Assembly is carried out in reverse order.

Checking the status



1. If severe damage is detected (chipping, scoring, severe wear, increased surface roughness) or if the runout is increased, replace the disc.

2. The disk is also changed if its thickness at any point is less than the maximum permissible value.

3. Check the disc runout for 1 revolution by setting the indicator leg 15 mm from the edge of the disc (the caliper and pads should be removed). The runout should not exceed 0.15 mm.
