
1. Remove the wheel.

2. To remove the drum, tighten the bolts into the special holes.

3. Remove the drum by tightening the auxiliary bolts.

4. After removing the drum, inspect the brake and determine the position of the parts.

5. Clean the brake parts with a special liquid.

6. Remove the brake shoe tension springs and the regulator.

7. Turn the shoe pressure spring cup.

8. Remove the spring and cups.

9. Remove the shoe and disconnect the lower spring.

10. Disconnect the handbrake body.

11. Remove the second shoe in the same way, after which the wheel cylinder and cable remain on the rear brake.

12. Remove the retaining ring and pull the cable out of the brake shield.

13. Lay out the parts in the order they will be installed.
14. Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
15. Lubricate the end surface of the pads on the shield side with SAE J310 N1 grease.
16. When installing the springs and regulator, do the following:.
17. Attach the regulator tip with the right thread to the left block, and the tip with the left thread to the right block.
18. Install the adjuster so that the groove faces outward.

19. Place the regulator spring so that the long side faces the fork-shaped part of the regulator.
20. Adjust the clearance between the pads and the drum, setting the outer diameter of the pads to 253–253.5 mm.
