Removal and installation
1. Raise the front of the car and remove the wheel.
2. Remove the caliper and pads, fix the caliper.
3. Remove the caliper bracket.
4. Unlock and remove hub assembly with disc (see subsection 9.3.12, subsection 9.3.13).
5. Mark position of a disk, turn away bolts and nuts and remove a disk.
6. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order. Nuts and bolts of a disk tighten with the moment of 52 Н·м.
Status check
Attention! When severe damage is found (chipping, scuffing, strong wear) or in case of increased runout, replace the disc, the manufacturer does not provide grinding of the disc.
1. Check the runout of the disc for 1 revolution by setting the indicator leg 5 mm from the edge of the disc (the caliper and pads must be removed).
2. Check the disc thickness (minimum thickness molded on disc).
3. If the disc thickness, measured at 4 points of equal runout, differs by more than 0.025 mm, or less than the minimum, then replace the disc.
