Front drive axle

The front drive axle consists of a detachable beam with a gearbox and an inner right half-axle, left and right outer half-axles with CV joints. Inner CV joints are of axial type (double offset), external – Bierfild type, providing torque transmission when turning the wheels at a significant angle. To reduce noise, vibration and fuel consumption when the front drive axle is disconnected, automatic or manual hub unlocking is provided (is provided by switching the handle from the LOCK position to the FREE position).
