Model with 6G7 engine



Note: Disassembling the thermostat will adversely affect the efficiency of the cooling system.


1. Drain the coolant.

2. Remove the air filter intake duct.

3. Remove the lower radiator hose.

4. Remove the coolant inlet hose connection (1).



5. Remove the thermostat (2).

Model with 4M4 engine



Note:
  • Operations for removing the thermostat of the model with engine
  • 4M4 are completely analogous to the operations for removing the thermostat of the model with the 6G7 engine.
