Model with 6G7 engine



1. Remove the upper cooling fan housing cover (1).



2. Remove the drive belt.

1) Loosen the mounting nuts of the cooling fan clutch and cooling fan pulley.

2) Insert the special tool into the holes of the drive belt tensioner.

3) Turn the drive belt clockwise and align hole A with hole B.



4) Insert the wrench into the hole to fix the drive belt and then remove it.

3. Remove the cooling fan and cooling fan clutch assembly (3).

4. Remove the cooling fan pulley (4).

5. Remove the cooling fan (5).

6. Remove the cooling fan clutch (6).

Model with 4M4 engine



1. Remove the air filter intake duct.

2. Remove the upper cover of the cooling fan housing.



3. Remove the cooling fan and cooling fan clutch assembly (1).



4. Remove the cooling fan (2).

5. Remove the cooling fan clutch (3).
