Model with 6G7 engine
1. Install the cooling fan clutch (6).
2. Install the cooling fan (5).
3. Install the cooling fan pulley (4).
4. Install the cooling fan and cooling fan clutch assembly (3).
1) Temporarily tighten the mounting nuts of the cooling fan clutch and cooling fan pulley and install the drive belt. Then tighten the mounting nuts to the recommended tightening torque.
Tightening torque: 11±1 Nm.
5. Install the drive belt.
1) Install the drive belt as shown in the figure.
2) Insert the special tool into the holes of the drive belt tensioner.
3) Turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the wrench.
4) Adjust the drive belt tension.
5) Install the upper cover of the cooling fan housing (1).

1. Install the cooling fan clutch (3).
2. Install the cooling fan (2).
3. Install the cooling fan and cooling fan clutch assembly (1).
4. Install the upper cover of the cooling fan housing.
5. Air filter intake air duct.
