Model with 6G7 engine



1. Install the thermostat so that the air valve is directed strictly upward.

Caution: Make sure there is no oil on the thermostat sealing ring. Also, be careful not to bend or scratch the O-ring. If the rubber ring is damaged, the thermostat must be replaced.




2. Install the coolant inlet hose connection (1).

3. Connect the lower radiator hose.

Note: Place each hose onto the fitting on the pipe (including intake) cooling systems to the limit.


Note: Before connecting the lower radiator hose, it is necessary to align the marks made on the hose and clamp during disassembly.


4. Install the air filter and intake manifold assembly.

2) Insert the special tool into the holes of the drive belt tensioner.

3) Turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the wrench.

4) Adjust the drive belt tension.

5) Install the upper cover of the cooling fan housing (1).

Model with 4M4 engine



1. Install the cooling fan clutch (3).

2. Install the cooling fan (2).

3. Install the cooling fan and cooling fan clutch assembly (1).



4. Install the upper cover of the cooling fan housing.

5. Air filter intake air duct.

Model with 4M4 engine



Note: The procedures for installing the thermostat for the model with the 4M4 engine are completely similar to the procedures for installing the thermostat for the model with the 6G7 engine.
