Synchronizer ring
1. There should be no signs of abrasive wear or cracks.
2. There should be no traces of abrasive wear, rust, cracks or other noticeable defects on the inner surface.

3. Push the synchronizer towards the transmission gear. Measure the gap 'A'. If the measured value is less than 0.5 mm, replace the synchronizer ring with a new part.

Synchronizer ring gear and sliding sleeve
1. Assemble the toothed ring and sliding sleeve of the synchronizer. The assembly should slide smoothly along the shaft.
2. There should be no noticeable defects on the inner surface of the front and rear ends of the gear ring.
Note: The replacement of the synchronizer ring gear and sliding hub is performed simultaneously.

Synchronizer spring
There should be no significant decrease in elasticity, nor any noticeable deformation or other defects in the spring. Otherwise, replace the synchronizer spring with a new part.

Gears
1. There should be no signs of significant abrasive wear, cracks, burrs or other defects on the surface of the teeth.
2. There should be no traces of significant abrasive wear, rust, cracks or other defects on the inner surface.
