1. Remove the spring ring (1).

2. Remove the 3rd - 4th gear synchronizer ring gear (2).

3. Remove the sliding sleeve of the 3rd - 4th gear synchronizer (3).

1) Remove the 3rd - 4th gear synchronizer sliding sleeve from the main shaft using special tool MD998917.



4. Remove the synchronizer spring (4).

5. Remove the outer synchronizer ring (5).

6. Remove the synchronizer cone (6).

7. Remove the inner synchronizer ring (7).

8. Remove the third gear pinion (8).

9. Remove the needle bearing (9).

10. Remove the fifth gear pinion (10).

11. Remove the ball bearing (11).

12. Remove the bearing sleeve (12).

13. Remove the first gear pinion (13).

1) Remove the fifth gear, ball bearing, bearing sleeve and first gear from the main shaft using special tool MD998917.





14. Remove the needle bearing (14).

15. Remove the inner synchronizer ring (15).

16. Remove the synchronizer cone (16).

17. Remove the outer synchronizer ring (17).

18. Remove the synchronizer spring (18).

19. Remove the 1st - 2nd gear synchronizer ring gear (19).

20. Remove the sliding sleeve of the 1st - 2nd gear synchronizer (20).

21. Remove the synchronizer spring (21).

22. Remove the outer synchronizer ring (22).

23. Remove the synchronizer cone (23).

24. Remove the inner synchronizer ring (24).

25. Remove the second gear pinion (25).

1) Remove the 1st-2nd gear synchronizer sliding sleeve and the second gear from the main shaft using special tool MD998917.



26. Remove the needle bearing (26).

27. Remove the main shaft (27).
