Short wheelbase
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the hub and steering knuckle assembly (18).
2. Install the rotor guard (17).
3. Connect the lower control arm, hub and steering knuckle assembly (16).
4. Install the cotter pin (15).
5. Connect the upper control arm, hub and steering knuckle assembly (14).

6. Install the cotter pin (13).
7. Install the front vehicle height sensor and disconnect the upper suspension arm connection (12).
8. Connect the tie rod end, hub and steering knuckle assembly (11).
9. Install the cotter pin (10).
10. Install the dust cover (9).
11. Install the brake disc (8).
12. Install the caliper assembly (7).
13. Install the wheel speed sensor (6).
14. Install the brake hose bracket (5).
15. Tighten the axle nut (4).
Caution: The front wheel hub bearing must not be loaded with the weight of the vehicle before tightening the drive axle nut.
Note: Use a torque wrench when installing.

16. Install the axle cover (3).
17. Install the cotter pin (2).
18. Install the hub cover (1).
19. Check the protective cover for cracks and damage by pressing on it with your finger.
Long wheelbase
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the hub and steering knuckle assembly (17).
2. Install the rotor guard (16).
3. Connect the lower control arm, hub and steering knuckle assembly (15).
4. Install the cotter pin (14).
5. Connect the upper control arm, hub and steering knuckle assembly (13).
6. Install the cotter pin (12).
7. Install the front vehicle height sensor and disconnect the upper suspension arm connection (11).
8. Connect the tie rod end, hub and steering knuckle assembly (10).
9. Install the cotter pin (9).
10. Install the brake disc (8).
11. Install the caliper assembly (7).
12. Install the wheel speed sensor (6).
13. Install the brake hose bracket (5).
14. Tighten the axle nut (4).
Caution: The front wheel hub bearing must not be loaded with the weight of the vehicle before tightening the drive axle nut.
Note: Use a torque wrench when installing.

15. Install the axle cover (3).
16. Install the cotter pin (2).
17. Install the hub cover (1).
18. Check the protective cover for cracks and damage by pressing on it with your finger.
