- Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
- Disconnect the connector and unscrew the coolant temperature sensor.
- Place the sensor in a vessel with water heated to 70°C and measure the resistance of the sensor (Fig. 19.72).

- Apply a thin layer of ЗМ™ AAD sealant No.4171 to the sensor threads and screw the sensor into place (Fig. 19.73).

- Connect the electrical connector to the coolant temperature sensor.
- Fill the cooling system with coolant.
