Components of the master brake cylinder
1 - body; 2 - lock bolt; 3 - first chamber piston; 4 - piston of the second chamber; 5 - retaining ring; 6 - tank; 7 - lock bolt; 8 - brake fluid level sensor; 9 - float; 10 - filter; 11 - diaphragm; 12 - cover.


Disassembly



After removing the reservoir cap, remove the diaphragm, filter, and brake fluid level sensor.

Remove the float and the tank lock bolt.

Remove the tank and sealing bushings.

Loosen the piston lock bolt while pressing on the piston.

Remove the sealing ring.

Remove the piston retaining ring while pressing on the piston.

Remove the pistons.

Check the removed components for wear and damage.
