Master Cylinder Mounting Elements
1 - vacuum booster; 2 - master brake cylinder; 3 - brake fluid level sensor connector.
Removal
Drain the brake fluid.
Disconnect the brake pipes from the master cylinder.
Disconnect the brake fluid level sensor.
Remove the rear brake pressure regulator bracket.
Remove the brake master cylinder assembly.
Remove the vacuum hoses.
Remove the spring clip.
After removing the washer, remove the pin.
Remove the four nuts and brake booster.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following.
Adjust the clearance between the brake booster pushrod and the piston.
If the clearance value does not correspond to the nominal value, adjust it by changing the length of the pusher by turning the pusher adjusting screw (arrow).
