Gear Clutch and Synchronizer Hub
1. The shift clutch and synchronizer hub are folded together so that they slide correctly into each other (pic. 11.17).

2. Make sure that the gear shift clutch is not damaged on the inside front and rear.
3. Check the wear on the front of the synchronizer hub (contact surface with 5th gear).
Attention! When replacing the synchronizer hub, it is always replaced complete with the gear shift clutch.
Cracker and synchronizer spring
4. Check the wear of the protruding middle part of the synchronizer cracker (pic. 11.18).

5. The synchronizer spring is checked for material fatigue, deformation and damage.
