2. Loosen the tensioner pulley fixing bolt, and then use the special tool and torque wrench to tighten the fixing bolt to the specification torque while applying tension to the belt.
Nominal value: 3.5 Nm (timing belt tension of the gas distribution mechanism drive)
Caution: When tightening the locking bolt, make sure that the tensioner pulley does not rotate with the bolt.
3. Turn the crankshaft two turns clockwise until the timing marks are aligned. After a 15-minute pause, measure the protrusion (movements) automatic tensioner.
Nominal value: 1 mm.
4. If the protrusion value does not correspond to the nominal value, repeat the operations according to points 1-3.
5. Again, make sure that the timing marks on each sprocket are aligned.
