Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the cylinder head gasket (26).
2. Install the right cylinder head (25).
Caution: Be careful not to allow foreign material to enter the cylinder block.
1). Clean the cylinder head mounting surface with a scraper.
2) Tighten the bolts in two or three steps, in the order shown in the figure, to the recommended tightening torque.
Tightening torque: 45±2 Nm.

3. Connect the connector (24).
4. Connect the connector (23).
5. Connect the engine check valve connector (22).
6. Install the cylinder head cover gasket (21).
7. Install the cylinder head cover (20).
8. Install the ignition coil (19).
9. Connect the ignition coil connector (18).
10. Connect the breather hose connection (17).
11. Connect the hose connection (16).
12. Install the cylinder head gasket (15).
13. Install the left cylinder head (14).
14. Install the rear timing belt cover (13).
15. Install the intermediate pulley (12).
16. Install the camshaft sprocket (11).
17. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector (10).
18. Install the gasket (9).
19. Install the oil pipe (8).
20. Install the cylinder head cover gasket (7).
21. Install the cylinder head cover (6).
22. Install the ignition coil (5).
23. Connect the ignition coil connector (4).
24. Install the oil level dipstick (3).
25. Connect the positive crankcase ventilation hose connection (2).
26. Connect the hose connection (1).
27. Install the generator.
28. Install the thermostat housing.
29. Install the timing belt.
30. Install the exhaust manifold.
31. Install the intake manifold.
Model with 6G7 engine
1. Degrease the adjacent surfaces of the gasket.
2. When installing, check that all holes on the gasket and cylinder head match.
3. Before installing the bolts, check the length of the bolt shaft (to the head), which must be within the specified limits. If the maximum permissible value is exceeded, the bolt must be replaced.
4. The bolt washer should be installed so that the chamfered surface of the washer is on top.
5. Before installation, lubricate the top surface of the washer and the bolt threads with a small amount of engine oil.
6. Tighten the bolts according to the procedure below.

Caution: Always tighten the bolt at an angle exactly equal to 90°. Otherwise, the cylinder head mounting bolt may become loose (the reliability of the gas joint will not be ensured).
Attention: If the bolt is turned to an angle greater than 90°, it is necessary to loosen it completely and repeat all operations.
7. Install the left cylinder head cover gasket (17).
8. Install the left cylinder head cover (16).
9. Install the engine bracket (15).
10. Install the sealing ring (14).
Note: Apply soap-based lubricant to the O-ring before installing it.
11. Install the device for measuring the engine oil level (13).
12. Install the sealing ring (12).
Note: Apply soap-based lubricant to the O-ring before installing it.
13. Install the device for measuring the automatic transmission oil level (11).
14. Install the coolant outlet pipe, water pump inlet pipe and cylinder head cooling pipe.
15. Install the right cylinder head cover gasket (8).
16. Install the right cylinder head cover (7).
17. Install the gasket (6).
18. Install the oil pipe (5).
19. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor connector (4).
20. Connect the engine lubrication control valve connector (3).
