Model with 6V31 engine
1. Remove the lower side engine protection.

2. Remove the generator drive belt (1).
Caution: When reusing the alternator drive belt, mark it with an arrow in the direction of belt rotation to ensure proper installation.
1) Turn the alternator drive belt auto tensioner and insert the L-shaped wrench into the hole of the auto tensioner to fix it.
2) Remove the generator drive belt.

3. Remove the power steering pump drive belt tensioner pulley bracket (2).
4. Remove the power steering pump drive belt (3).
5. Unscrew the central bolt of the crankshaft pulley (4).
1). Unscrew the central bolt of the crankshaft pulley using special tools MB990767 and MD998719.

6. Remove the crankshaft pulley washer (5).
7. Remove the crankshaft pulley (6).
Model with 6G7 engine
1. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.
2. Remove the air intake duct.
3. Remove the cooling fan and cooling fan clutch assembly.

4. Remove the drive belt (1).
1) Insert the spindle handle into the hole of the drive belt tensioner.
2) Turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise and align hole A with hole B.

3) Insert the wrench into the hole to fix the tensioner and remove the drive belt.
5. Unscrew the central bolt of the crankshaft pulley (2).
6. Remove the crankshaft pulley washer (3).
7. Remove the crankshaft pulley (4).
Model with 4M4 engine
1. Remove the upper radiator shroud cover.

2. Remove the air conditioning compressor drive belt (1).
1) Loosen the tensioner lock nut.
2) Turn the adjusting bolt counterclockwise (to the left) and remove the drive belt.
3. Remove the generator drive belts (2).
1) Loosen the lock nut and lock bolt.
2) Turn the adjusting bolt counterclockwise (to the left) and remove the drive belt.
4. Unscrew the crankshaft pulley bolt (3).
5. Remove the crankshaft pulley washer (4).
6. Remove the crankshaft pulley (5).
