Removal



1. Remove the lower right protective cover.

2. Loosen the tension and remove belt 1 (Fig. 3.12) of the power steering pump and air conditioning compressor drive.

3. Loosen the tension and remove the generator drive belt 5.

4. Using a special device, fix the engine crankshaft from turning and unscrew bolt 2 of the crankshaft pulley.

5. Remove washer 3 from the crankshaft pulley.

6. Using a puller or pry bar, remove pulley 4 from the crankshaft.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.

1. Before screwing in the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt, apply a small amount of engine oil to the mating surfaces and threads of the bolt.

2. Install the lower right protective cover.

3. Adjust the tension of the drive belts.
