2. Disconnect the inlet hose from the throttle body.
3. Plug the bypass channel inlet holes in the throttle body.
Caution: Do not allow cleaning solvent to enter the channel.
4. Spray the cleaning solvent into the throttle body through the inlet pipe and wait for about 5 minutes.
5. Start the engine and press the accelerator pedal several times within 1 minute and release it completely. If the engine idling becomes unstable (or if it stalls) due to the closed bypass channel, then to maintain stable engine operation at idle speed, slightly open the throttle valve (press the accelerator pedal slightly).
6. If the deposits in the throttle body are not removed, repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Open the bypass channel inlet openings.
8. Connect the inlet hose.
9. Use MUT-III to erase the fault code from memory.

10. Adjust the base idle speed.
Note: If the engine idle speed fluctuates after adjusting the base idle speed, disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds or more. Then connect the cable to the negative battery terminal, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes.
