- Drain the coolant from the radiator by removing the radiator coolant drain plug and then the radiator cap.
- Remove the drain plug on the cylinder block and drain the coolant from the engine (pic. 5.3, 5.4).

- Remove the expansion tank and drain the coolant from it.
- Apply 3M Nut Locking Part No. 4171 to the threads of the cylinder block coolant drain plug, install the plug and tighten to 39 Nm
- Tighten the radiator coolant drain plug tightly.
- Install the expansion tank.
- Remove the bolt to bleed air from the cooling system and replace the seal (pic. 5.5).

- Pour coolant into the radiator until it overflows from the cooling system bleed bolt hole, then tighten the bolt.
- Slowly pour coolant into the radiator to the bottom of the filler neck, and also fill the expansion tank to the FULL mark. Coolant volume: 6 l.
- Screw on the radiator cap securely.
- Start the engine and warm it up until the thermostat opens. To check, touch the radiator hose with your hand, which should be warm.
- After opening the thermostat, press the accelerator pedal several times, and then turn off the engine,
- Allow the engine to cool and add coolant to the expansion tank up to the FULL mark. If the coolant level is low, repeat the steps in the last 4 steps.
