2. Measure the resistance between pins 5 and 6 of the connector.
Resistance, kOhm:
- - at a temperature of 20°C: 2.3-3.0
- - at a temperature of 80°C: 0.30-0.42
3. By heating the sensor with a jet of hot air from a hair dryer, check the change in the resistance of the temperature sensor of the air entering the engine, which should decrease with increasing temperature (pic. 6.24).

4. If the resistance does not decrease when the sensor is heated, replace the sensor.
