Turbocharger mounting elements for 4D65 engine
1 - hood; 2 air duct; 3 - air intake pipe; 4 air filter; 3 - battery tray; 6 - oil level indicator pipe; 7 - heat shield; 8 - air hose; 9 - radiator; 10 - oil pipelines; 11 - heat shield; 12 - connection of exhaust pipes; 13 - turbocharger; 14 - return oil line.
When disassembling and assembling the turbocharging system, refer to the drawing, taking into account the following:
Loosen the turbocharger mounting bolts one by one after disconnecting the exhaust pipe flange (12) from the turbocharger (13).
When removing the turbocharger from the engine, disconnect the oil return line from the engine.
When installing, fill the turbocharger with clean engine oil through the oil line hole (10). This is necessary to prevent oil starvation of the turbocharger when starting the engine.
