Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Raise the car on a lift.
Drain the engine oil.
Remove the oil pan mounting bolts.
Remove the oil pan from the engine.
If the oil pan does not come off (is stuck), it must be separated using a tool or a screwdriver.
CAUTION: Do not scratch the cylinder block.

When removing the oil pan, remove the oil receiver and clean it.
Clean the mating surfaces of the oil pan and cylinder block from the sealing compound using a triangular scraper or razor blade.

Clean the cylinder block, crankshaft and oil pump thoroughly.
Installation
Install the oil pan with a new gasket.
Treat the contact surfaces of the oil pan and cylinder block with alcohol or acetone.
Put on the oil pan gasket, you can use sealant.
After placing the oil pan against the cylinder block, tighten the bolts first by hand and then crosswise with a force of 7 Nm.
Lower the car.
Fill with engine oil.
Connect the ground wire to the battery.
Take a test drive, check the oil level and the tightness of the oil pan.
