Install the 3 outer bearing races and oil guide ring.
Install the differential drive gear assembly.
Install the shafts as an assembly.
Install the bearing retainer.
Install the shift pins, rods and shift forks.
Install the reverse gear shift lever assembly, shift lever shoe, gears.
Install the intermediate gear.
Install the 5th gear pinion, needle bearing, synchronizer ring and hub, as well as the 5th gear shift fork and synchronizer sleeve.
Install the elastic pin.
Tighten the lock nuts. To do this:
- Install the fixture on the drive shaft.
- Screw a 10mm bolt into the mounting hole on the clutch housing and attach the support rod of the fixture.
- Move the control lever and selector lever to the reverse position.
- Tighten the lock nut to secure it.
Install the three outer bearing races and spacers.
Install the oil seal, stop ball assembly and gasket.
Install the ball, spring washer, stop bracket and oil guide ring.
Install the pin and breather.
Install the speedometer drive gear assembly, flat plug, spring and ball.
