1 - switching rod; 2 - pin; 3 - switching rod; 4 - limit spruce; 5 - transmission housing; 6 - outer ring; 7 - stuffing box; 8 ~ stopper bracket; 9, 10, 11 - spacer; 12 - reverse gear lever; 13 - shaft of the intermediate reverse gear; 14 - pro-intermediate reverse gear.
Install the gearbox on a suitable tool.
Remove the back cover.
Remove the reversing lamp switch, gasket and bulb.
Remove the flat plug, spring and ball.
Remove the speedometer drive gear assembly and breather.
Remove the elastic pin.
Remove the pin with a punch.
Loosen the lock nuts on the input shaft and intermediate shaft.
Engage reverse gear with the control levers.
Install the mandrel on the input shaft.
Screw a 10mm bolt into the hole on the surface of the clutch housing and attach the handwheel handle to the arbor to remove the lock nut.
Remove the 5th gear synchronizer bushing and shift bushing.
Remove the 5th synchronizer hub, 5th gear synchronizer ring, needle bearing, bearing bush and roller bearing.
After removing the circlip, remove the spacer and roller bearing.
Take out the intermediate gear.
Remove the reverse idler shaft bolt and gasket.
Disconnect the final drive housing from the clutch housing.
Remove the differential seal and guide.
Remove the bolt, spring washer and stopper bracket.
Remove the stop ball assembly, gasket and seal.
Remove the 3 outer bearing races and spacers.
Remove the bolt and reverse shift lever assembly, shift lever shoe, idler shaft and idler gear.
Remove shifter pins, shifter rods and forks (1) And (2) (see fig.).
Turn out two bolts and the bearing holder.
Raise the input shaft assembly and remove the intermediate shaft assembly.
Remove the input shaft assembly and output shaft assembly.
Remove the differential drive gear assembly.
Remove 3 bearing rings and guide ring.

Remove the two oil seals, magnet and magnet holder.
