Short wheelbase model

1. Remove the guide pin (1).
2. Remove the brake shoe and brake shoe lining assembly (2).
3. Remove the brake shoe lining (3).
4. Remove the brake shoe (4).
5. Remove the brake shoe lining (5).
6. Remove the brake shoe assembly (6).
7. Remove the brake shoe clamp (7).
8. Remove the locking pin (8).
9. Remove the bushing (9).
10. Remove the caliper bracket (10).
11. Remove the boot pin (11).
12. Remove the boot ring (12).
13. Remove the piston dust cover (13).
14. Remove the piston (14).
Note: Cover the caliper body with a rag. To remove the dust boot and piston, direct compressed air into the brake hose opening.
Caution: Apply compressed air gradually.

15. Remove the piston seal (15).
Caution: To prevent damage to the inner surface of the wheel brake cylinder, do not use a flat-head screwdriver or other tool.

Long wheelbase model

1. Remove the lower sliding pin (1).
2. Remove the brake shoe and brake shoe lining assembly (2).
3. Remove the brake pad (3).
4. Remove the brake shoe (4).
5. Remove the brake shoe clamp (5).
6. Remove the upper sliding pin (6).
7. Remove the caliper mount (7).
8. Remove the boot (8).
9. Remove the bushing (9).
10. Remove the piston dust cover (10).
11. Remove the piston (11).
Note: Cover the caliper body with a rag. To remove the dust boot and piston, direct compressed air into the brake hose opening.
Caution: Apply compressed air gradually.

12. Remove the piston seal (12).
Caution: To prevent damage to the inner surface of the wheel brake cylinder, do not use a flat-head screwdriver or other tool.

13. Remove the caliper housing (13).
