Short wheelbase model

1. Remove the lower guide pin (1).
2. Remove the upper guide pin (2).
3. Remove the caliper bracket (with brake pads, guides, outer lining) (3).
4. Remove the dust cover (4).
5. Remove the bushing (5).
6. Remove the piston dust cover (6).
7. Remove the piston (7).
Note: Cover the caliper body with a rag. To remove the dust boot and piston, direct compressed air into the brake hose opening.
Caution: Apply compressed air gradually.

8. Remove the piston seal (8).
Caution: To prevent damage to the inner surface of the wheel brake cylinder, do not use a flat-head screwdriver or other tool.

9. Remove the caliper housing (9).
10. Remove the shoe assembly (10).
11. Remove the brake shoe lining (11).
12. Remove the clamp (12).
Long wheelbase model

1. Remove the clamp (1).
2. Remove the pin (2).
3. Remove the clamp (3).
4. Remove the brake shoe assembly (4).
5. Remove the brake shoe lining (5).
6. Remove the piston dust cover (6).
7. Remove the piston (7).
Note: Cover the caliper body with a rag. Install a wooden block. To remove the dust boot and piston, direct compressed air into the brake hose opening.
Caution: Apply compressed air gradually.

8. Remove the piston seal (8).
Caution: To prevent damage to the inner surface of the wheel brake cylinder, do not use a flat-head screwdriver or other tool.

9. Remove the caliper housing (9).
