Removal the solenoid valve and vacuum hose
1. Remove the vacuum hose (white stripe) (for models with engine capacity of 3800 cm³) or vacuum hose (for models with engine capacity of 3200 cm³) (1).
2. Remove the vacuum hose (blue stripe) (2).
3. Remove the vacuum hose (yellow stripe) (3).
4. Remove the vacuum tube assembly (4).
5. Remove the vacuum hose assembly (5).
6. Remove the vacuum tube assembly (6).
7. Remove the ventilation cover (7).
8. Remove the solenoid valve assembly (8).
9. Remove the test valve (9).
10. Remove the vacuum hose (white stripe) (for models with engine capacity of 3200 cm³) or vacuum hose (for models with engine capacity of 3800 cm³) (10).
11. Remove the vacuum hose (11).
12. Remove the vacuum tube assembly (12).
13. Remove the ventilation tube (13).
14. Remove the vacuum tank assembly (14).
15. Remove the vacuum hose (blue stripe) (15).
16. Remove the vacuum hose (yellow stripe) (16).
Installing the solenoid valve and vacuum hose
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the vacuum hose (yellow stripe) (16).
2. Install the vacuum hose (blue stripe) (15).
3. Install the vacuum tank assembly (14).
4. Install the ventilation tube (13).
5. Install the vacuum tube assembly (12).
6. Install the vacuum hose (11).
7. Install the vacuum hose (white stripe) (for models with engine capacity of 3200 cm³) or vacuum hose (for models with engine capacity of 3800 cm³) (10).
8. Install the test valve (9).
9. Install the solenoid valve assembly (8).
10. Install the ventilation cover (7).
11. Install the vacuum tube assembly (6).
12. Install the vacuum hose assembly (5).
13. Install the vacuum tube assembly (4).
14. Install the vacuum hose (yellow stripe) (3).
15. Install the vacuum hose (blue stripe) (2).
