Removing
Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal.
To remove, perform the following steps in sequence.
1. Drain the coolant from the engine cooling system.
2. Remove the air filter.

3. Disconnect the accelerator pedal cable 1 (pic. 7.20).
4. Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector (TPS) 5.
5. Disconnect the idle speed control connector (ISC) 7.
6. Disconnect the vacuum tube and remove it together with the hose assembly 4.
7. Loosen the clamps and remove the cooling system hoses 2.
8. Unscrew the bolts and remove the throttle body 8 and gasket 3.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.

Position the gasket so that its protruding part is positioned as shown in fig. 7.21, and then install it between the intake manifold and the throttle body.
