Throttle body



1. Disconnect the throttle return spring and disconnect the accelerator cable.

2. Label and disconnect all wires and hoses.

3. Unscrew the four fastening nuts and remove the housing.

4. Before installing the housing, remove any remaining old gasket and clean the contact surfaces with acetone or solvent.

Fuel manifold



5. Release pressure from the fuel system.



15.6 Remove the retaining clips and disconnect the wires from the injectors


6. Mark and disconnect the injector wires (15.6).



15.7 Air conditioning compressor fasteners

1. Breaker-distributor cover; 2. Drive belt; 3. Air conditioning system pipes; 4. Rings; 5. Electrical connection socket; 6. Compressor; 7. Compressor bracket; 8. Tensioning mechanism parts; 9. Nut; 10. Roller; 11. Bushing; 12. Tightening bolt; 13. Spindle; 14. Tension suspension




7. Label and disconnect all hoses.



15.8 Loosen the fuel manifold mounting bolts


8. Unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove the fuel manifold together with the injectors, damper and pressure regulator (15.8).

9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Injectors





15.10 Always replace the injector sealing rings. To facilitate installation, lubricate the ring with gasoline

10. Remove the fuel manifold and remove the injectors from the manifold. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal (15.10).

Fuel Pressure Regulator Externally Mounted Regulator





15.11 To remove the external pressure regulator, unscrew the mounting bolts




11. Disconnect the vacuum tube from the regulator. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the regulator (15.11). Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

12. Disconnect the vacuum tube.

13. Unscrew the lock nut and unscrew the regulator. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
