Elements of the master cylinder of models with gasoline engines

Removal
Remove the pin.
Unscrew the coupling and disconnect the hydraulic tubes from the clutch master cylinder.
After unscrewing the nuts, remove the clutch master cylinder.
Disassembly
Remove the piston retaining ring.
Pull out the rod with the piston assembly.
Remove the clamp from the tank, the tank lid and the tank.
Check for rust and scoring on the inner surface of the cylinder.
Check the piston for wear and deformation.
Check the piston and rod for rust and scoring.
Check for blockage in the hydraulic line.
Measure the master cylinder bore and piston diameter.
CAUTION: The measurement of the inner diameter of the master cylinder should be carried out in three sections (bottom, middle and top) in two perpendicular directions.
Assembly
Apply brake fluid to the inner surface of the cylinder and the outer surface of the piston assembly.
Install the piston assembly.
Install the traction.
Install the reservoir onto the master cylinder body.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
