Mark the position of the drive plate on the engine flywheel.
By inserting a screwdriver or a metal rod into the teeth of the crown, stop the engine flywheel.
Release the springs of the drive disc, for this diagonally, one by one, unscrew the bolts of the driven disc, each time 1-2 turns.
Then unscrew the mounting bolts.
Wipe the engine flywheel with gasoline.
The clutch disc must not be cleaned. Oil residues must not be removed with detergents.
Installation
Apply multipurpose grease to the clutch fork shaft (seat A). Fill the grooves on the clutch cover with it according to the picture.
Align the holes on the clutch fork and its shaft and install new spring pins in the holes (1).
Sand the driven disc and engine flywheel with very fine sandpaper.
Remove corrosion from the driven disc spline and apply a small amount of molybdenum grease.
Attach the driven and driven clutch discs to the flywheel. In this case, the long side of the driven disk hub must be located outside, i.e. from the side of the gearbox. Center the driven disc by eye relative to the drive disc. But it is better to use a special rod or an old gearbox drive shaft for this.
If the old clutch drive plate is reinstalled, the markings made during removal must be observed.
In several steps, tighten the clutch mounting screws crosswise. The final tightening torque must be 20 Nm. While tightening the bolts, insert and remove the centering rod (or shaft) to check alignment.
Remove the locking tool from the flywheel crown.
If removed, install release bearing.
